Individual & Ecotherapy for Children & Adults

About Me

A little about me.

Hi there. I'm Emily.

I have a passion for helping people who seek a more meaningful life and who want to change. I work with people who feel stuck and want to get the hell out of a rut. I’ve been there, so I get it, and I know how painful it is. I can help you navigate this often nonsensical and chaotic world and develop a relationship with yourself that feels good and grounded and nourishing. With that in place, anything is possible.

You'll find that my style is empathetic, warm, and engaged. I listen with my heart and use my quirky sense of humor when the moment's right. Additionally, I have an interest in the effects of nature on mental health and incorporate ecotherapy and mindfulness into my practice for folks who are interested in that. I also use a psychodynamic, feminist, relational, humanist, and trauma-informed perspective. So what does all that mean? I’ve received a lot of various trainings, but I’m also human, just like you.

Through my many experiences both personally and professionally, I have seen people in many life transitions and have experienced the joys and sorrow that come with each of those. I would be deeply honored to meet you where you are at in your life and help you grow to where you want to be.
